Realme X7 Max is set to launch on May 4 after Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth confirmed that Realme will be holding a “mega” launch event. The brand will be unveiling a flagship smartphone with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. The company teased at the Realme 8 5G launch event that it could soon debut India’s first smartphone with the Dimensity 1200 SoC. The smartphone is expected to be the Realme X7 Max, which will be Realme X7 Max. It is reported to be a rebranded variant of the Realme GT Neo that was launched in China a few weeks back.
Madhav Sheth also confirmed that the company is looking to launch a new Realme smart TV with Dolby Vision and Audio experience and hands-free voice control.

In the latest #AskMadhav episode on YouTube, the Realme CEO answered questions posed by Realme fans. He revealed that Realme will host a launch event on May 4 and it’ll be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 1200SoC. Although he didn’t reveal the name of the smartphone, it has been rumored to be the Realme X7 Max.
Realme X7 Max expected specifications
If the phone actually turns out to be a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo, then it might feature a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC.
As for the camera department, it’ll come with a triple rear camera setup, housing a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. For the front camera, there will be a 16MP camera for video calling and selfies. The Realme X7 Max will pack a 4,500mAh battery.
