Moto E7 Power to launch in India on February 19; key specifications revealed

Moto E7 Power to go on sale at 12 noon on February 19 on Flipkart.

Motorola is set to launch its new smartphone coined “Moto E7 Power” in India later this week. The new smartphone has already been listed on Flipkart, which has ultimately revealed a number of key specifications and features.

Scheduled to officially launch on February 19 at 12 noon, the Moto E7 Power can be seen sporting a dewdrop-like notch at the front, while the rear panel houses a vertical camera module that contains two censors and an LED Flash.

The Moto E7 Power will follow the Moto E7 Plus in the Moto E-series as the E7 Plus was launched in September last year. Looking at the specifications revealed on Flipkart, it is likely that the Moto E7 Power is a power-packed budget smartphone from Motorola.

Moto E7 Power will feature a 6.5-inch HD+ display that will have a 720 x 1,600p resolution. Under the hood, the smartphone is going to be powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 chipset. This was confirmed by the smartphone’s appearance on the Geekbench listing as it was spotted with this chipset on the benchmark listing site. Moreover, the listing also confirmed that the device will run on Android 10 OS out of the box. Motorola confirmed via a tweet that the E7 Power will feature 4GB of RAM and have 64GB of onboard storage. Moreover, it’ll come packed with a 5,000mAh battery, which will allow you to use the devices for hours before having to recharge once again.

In terms of camera specifications, the Moto E7 Power is expected to sport a dual rear camera setup that houses a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor. For taking stunning selfies and video calling, the device is likely to come with a 5MP front camera. While the camera setup was confirmed by Motorola on Twitter, the company is yet to comment on the sensor details.

The Flipkart listing also revealed that the E7 Power will come with a “fast focusing 13MP dual rear camera”. Meanwhile, the other highlights are a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for security, a USB Type-C port, 2×2 MIMO network support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Moto E7 Power availability in India

While Motorola hasn’t yet announced the pricing details of its upcoming E7 Power, the launch date of the smartphone was confirmed by Flipkart. The e-commerce giant Flipkart has a dedicated page for the Moto E7 Power that reveals that the smartphone will go on sale from 12 noon on February 19. Moreover, it will come in a single – 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage variant.
