According to an online report, Samsung has already started manufacturing M12 in huge quantities at its Noida plant in India.
The South Korean tech firm is speculated to unleash its upcoming mid-range M series smartphone, dubbed the Samsung Galaxy M12, in the coming week. The company has also announced to launch its upcoming flagship model, the Galaxy S21 series on January 14. But before that, a new leak suggested that Samsung would launch its mid-range smartphone prior to the premium launch.
According to leakster Mukul Sharma, the much-anticipated smartphone would appear with a large battery, a huge display coupled with a waterdrop notch that will house the selfie sensor. The tipster has also posted a photo of the device on his official Twitter account revealing that the right side of the phone will feature the volume and power button.
The expectation of launching this device in India is very high because, on its India website, the support page of Samsung Galaxy M12 went live. Even in the last week, the product was also spotted on the Geekbench, which claimed that the phone would operate on Android 11 OS out-of-the-box with Samsung’s own UI. Moreover, it is also expected to be backed by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 850 chipset.
Along with a 3G RAM, the phone would be powered by a 7000 mAh battery. It is also speculated that this phone might appear with a 3.5mm audio jack and USB Type C port for charging.
