Motorola has been working hard behind the scenes as it is looking forward to launching the much-awaited Motorola Capri Plus and Motorola Nio soon. If the latest reports are anything to go by, the wait should end sooner rather than later. Lenovo XT2129-3 was recently spotted on Geekbench with key specifications. The device managed to score 306 points on the single-core test and 1258 points on the multi-core test. The official name of the Lenovo XT2129-3 isn’t known yet. However, another Motorola smartphone passed through the FCC listing recently with a similar model number (XT2127-1/XT2127-2), tipped to be the Motorola Capri. So, the Lenovo XT2129-3 appears to be the Motorola Capri Plus.
Motorola Capri Plus Geekbench scores and leaked specs
The Geekbench listing scores reveal Lenovo branding and Capri Plus scoring 306 points in the single-core test and 1,258 points in the multi-core test. The device is expected to come with Android 11 out of the box and be powered by Snapdragon 662 SoC and 4GB of RAM. Popular German outlet Technick News report that the upcoming device will come with a 90Hz display, a waterdrop notch, and HD+ resolution. The Motorola Capri Plus is expected to house a quad-camera setup with a 64MP primary camera, a 13MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. There are two variants – 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal storage and 4GB of RAM with 128GB internal storage.
The Motorola Capri vanilla is likely to feature HD+ resolution, a 60Hz display, and be powered by Snapdragon 460 chipset. It comes in a 4GB of RAM with 64GB internal storage and packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 19W fast charging. The vanilla Capri is going to have a quad-cam setup too but with a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor.
Motorola Nio expected to be unveiled in early 2021
In other news, the much-awaited Motorola device with the codename “Nio” was also spotted on the Geekbench listing. The device is expected to be powered by the latest Snapdragon 865 SoC and features a 6.5-inch display.
Motorola Nio with model number XT2125-4 managed to score 958 points in the single-core test while on the multi-core test it scored 2,969 points. It will come with Android 11 out of the box and feature 8GB of RAM. Nio is expected to be officially launched in the first quarter of 2021.
