Cognizant, the information technology company, announced to acquire UK-based consultancy services expert in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and data analytics – Inawisdom.

With the acquisition of Inawisdom, Cognizant marks its ninth acquisition in 2020. Alone this year, Cognizant has invested more than $1.1 billion for acquisitions in areas like data and artificial intelligence, digital engineering, Cloud and Internet of Things (IoT).
Inawisdom is a company that focuses on delivering cloud-native, full-stack solutions leveraging proven consulting methodologies and an analytics and machine learning platform built using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
