Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power to launch in India soon

Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power both received the BIS certification suggesting their imminent launch in India.

Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power that was announced earlier this month in Europe, may soon get launched in India.  A tipster Mukul Sharma (stufflistings) confirmed this in a tweet.

Although the exact launch date has not been revealed by the tipster, but he has clarified that the phones will not be launched in India this month, which suggests a December release.

Moto G 5G:

Moto G 5G is the brand’s most affordable 5G phone in the market. This phone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G Octa-Core CPU processor. This runs at up to 2.2 GHz speeds and Adreno 619 GPU and runs on Android 10 out of the box.

The phone is backed by 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 512GB). Moto G 5G features 6.7-inch Max Vision LTPS display with an FHD+ (2400×1080) pixels screen resolution and HDR10 support.

Talking about its camera setup- Moto G 5G features triple camera setup of 48MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide-wangle camera and a 2MP macro camera. The triple camera setup is backed by electronic image stabilization (EIS) system and can record in 4K UHD at 30FPS. The features a 16MP front camera that is placed within the notch cutout in the middle.

Moto G 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging. It comes in two colour variants – Volcanic Grey and Frosted Silver.

This phone is priced at EUR 299 (Approx Rs. 26,150), however, the launch price in India is not yet known.

MOTO G9 Power comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor with an octa-core CPU running at 2.0GHz clock speeds and Adreno 610 GPU. The phone runs on Android 10 with My UX customizations. It is backed by 4GB Ram and 128 internal storage which is expandable up to 512 GB.

Moto G9 Power features a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS HD+ display (1,640 X 720 pixels) screen resolution and 264 pixels per inch pixel density.

Moto G9 Power also features triple camera setup with 64MP primary camera, 2 MP macro camera and 2MP depth sensor. The triple camera setup can record in 1080P at up to 60FPS. It features a 16MP selfie camera placed within the notch cutout.

Moto G9 Power is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging. It comes in two colour variants – Electric Violet and Metallic Sage.

This phone is priced at EUR 199 (Approx Rs.17,500), however, the launch price in India is not yet known.
