The Windows 10 desktop interface may have an all-new look that’ll be rolled out in 2021, according to a video uploaded by a tech YouTuber.
This major revamp of the Window 10 UI is named ‘Sun Valley’. According to the video put up on the channel TheHacker34, the newly designed interface will include many new and modified options including new Start menu, improved audio output selection, new theme engine and more.
“Say hello to the Future. Introducing the Future of Windows 10,” read the description of the video. It is being said that the new interface will debut with H2 2021 feature update, which may change the design entirely. The changes are more or less inspired by the Windows 10X.
The File explorer windows folder will also see an improvisation. These improvisations, which are aimed at bringing a much more modernised look to Windows 10, will be a refinement of Fluent Design 4.0.
With the help of modern code, the Windows 10 taskbar will also see changes and modified animations. This will ensure a seamless fluid experience for all tablet users. It would also include a Dark mode and Unified Settings app to replace the Control Panel.
Although the modifications are still under progress, Windows 10 is likely to see these changes filtering through the preview versions of it the next year. The changes ensure a consistent design and animation for the entire operating system.
Although not all the modifications can be seen in the upcoming update but will be implemented in the future updates like 2104 or 10X, added the video description.
